Customer Care Technician (m/w/d)

In this challenging role, you will have to:
• Troubleshoot software related problems.
• Software setup, installation and integration
• Instruct and train customers online or at their facilities.
• Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
• Communicate with engineers, programmers and others to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
• Perform required work with minimal supervision.
• Support sales department in pre- and after-sales duties.
• Pre-Sales activities and coordination
